Zero Downtime
Applied overnight; the floor is ready for foot traffic immediately after treatment. No curing time needed.
Long-Lasting
3–5 year durability in high-traffic hotel environments before a maintenance refresh is required.
Liability Reduction
Significantly reduces the risk of slip-and-fall claims, protecting guests and your insurance position.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the treatment change the appearance of my floor?
No. Our anti-slip treatment is completely invisible. The chemical micro-texturing occurs at a microscopic level that is imperceptible to the eye. The floor retains its original colour, gloss, veining and overall aesthetic. This is a critical advantage for luxury environments where design integrity cannot be compromised.
How long does the treatment last?
In a typical luxury hotel environment with high foot traffic, the treatment lasts 3 to 5 years. In lower-traffic residential settings, it can last even longer. We offer periodic COF testing and maintenance refreshes to ensure continuous compliance.
Can the treatment be applied while the hotel is operational?
Yes. We typically work overnight or during low-occupancy periods. The treatment requires no curing time—the floor can be walked on immediately after completion. We section off areas progressively to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
Does the treatment affect cleaning procedures?
No. The treated surface can be cleaned with the same products and methods used before treatment. We recommend neutral pH cleaners (pH 7–9) and standard mopping techniques. Harsh acidic or highly alkaline cleaners should be avoided, as they can reduce the treatment’s effectiveness over time.
What standards does the treatment comply with?
Our treatment is designed to meet or exceed DIN 51130 (ramp test, R9–R13 classification), BS 7976 (pendulum test, achieving PTV values of 36 and above), and ANSI A326.3 (DCOF ≥ 0.42). We provide before-and-after test certificates upon request.
